This piece has been inspired by the many changing faces of our sky.  From warm and glowing sunrises, to moody, stormy dark nights.  It has been painted over a period of time to capture the varying moods and evolving colour tones of the sky.

 A heavily textured artwork with many layers of paint and mixed media to create a three dimensional feel to the canvas.  Elements of gold leaf have been used to reflect and bounce the light, embodying the beauty of sunlight.  Zoe’s work is typically textural and bold, ‘Sun up Sun down’ is strikingly beautiful with both a warm and cool palette.
