World On Fire is an abstract painting taking inspiration from the destructive wild fires that burns through swathes of forests almost every year.

This painting comes with a donation to the National Trust to plant 10 saplings, helping to fight climate change by cooling the planet.

The painting itself is created using cracking paste, pumice paste, gel and acrylic paint on canvas. Shades of green, red, orange and black are used to create a composition which reflects fire, forest and burnt wood.

World on Fire is fixed within a black glossy wooden frame, the reflective gloss surface adding another textural element to the artwork.
