Rachel creates works in a variety of media, mainly acrylics, producing atmospheric and deceptively understated pieces often on a large scale.

A seemingly fossilised and inert past imprints and fertilises the now; it’s tendrils inextricably linking our inner dark and irrepressible glow, becoming a ‘mesh’ of strength. Enriched, enlivened and emboldened, the soul rises. Gesso creates the sculptural elements, while genuine gold leaf provides the lasting warmth and radiance that can’t be replicated with gold paint.
