Sarah Berger
Sarah grew up in North Yorkshire, being surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to The North Sea. She has painted since a young child and continued as a hobby whilst working in graphic design.
Sarah paints with acrylics and is most well known for her use of textures and metallic golds, with multiple layers manipulated to create abstract works. Her paintings continually evolve and are a constant exploration of texture, depth, and light.
“I am a huge fan of non-figurative art, and just love textured abstracts. I get the most joy out of paintings inspired by nature, which has always impressed and surprised me with its beauty and magnificence.
I am compelled to share my obsession and passion for painting. My work is an intuitive process, with sometimes unexpected results at the end of the painting journey. I am guided by the emotion that Mother Nature awakens in me, translating this through to artwork that provokes an emotional experience.
In homes and private collections around the UK, across the US and Europe, along with Singapore, Sarah is very much an established rising artist.
